| Netscape explains it's HTML 3 extensions. In addition, they've also added several new areas of HTML functionality to Netscape Navigator that are not currently in the HTML 3.0 specification. They think they belong there, and as part of the standards process, they are proposing them for inclusion. (same old, same old) | This is a little web site about a truly
capable image editor from Microsoft called Image Composer, commonly called IC. Don't

Enjoy your visit!" | Transparent Background Images: You can control this by using GIF89a images, which have the ability to mark a single color in the colormap as transparent, forcing the browser to use its background color for those pixels in the image. HUH? Oh well. Here's a cookbook way to create a transparent background image. |
